Peacock  Hill Ranch

Where horses run free in pasture by day then eat and rest in private stalls and paddocks

Hooray!  November is here!  Think of it as a transition month, taking us from from fall to winter, Halloween candy to Christmas sweets, turning the clocks back an hour. November celebrates Thanksgiving Day on the 23rd and honors our military veterans on the 11th, Veterans Day. Among the holidays and observances are National STEM/STEAM Day on November 8th, National Family PJ Day on the 14th, and National French Toast Day on the 28th.  It’s also National Adopt a Senior Pet Month, National Inspirational Role Models Month and Peanut Butter Lovers Month to name a few.  Go For A Ride Day falls on 22nd so one way to celebrate is by saddling up and heading out.  Happy trails!

All Disciplines Welcome!

We welcome all disciplines of rider from Western to English (and everyone else in between).  In our large, beautifully lit arena, we've held clinics, group lessons, playdays and a dressage schooling show.  We even play horseball!  Comfort and fun are the priorities.

This video was shot in the Hansen Dam Reservoir on Big Tujunga Creek. It is dedicated to Royan Herman, all my friends at Peacock Hill Ranch, and Corral 20. Many thanks to Jim Ford and Richard Green for their beautiful work. And to the star, Kitty, who did it all for a bucket of grain and some carrots.

Creature Comforts are our Priority

Sure, we specialize in horses, but we roll out the welcome mat for all kinds of critters.  Peacock Hill Inc. helps re-home abused, abandoned and BLM horses.  Please inquire if you are interested in adopting a horse.
